最近圍繞中國足壇的天内轉會消息 ，全都與"留洋"有關。名球盟海
沈夢露加盟葡萄牙體育 ，员被谣引唐佳麗租借加盟英超托特納姆熱刺 ，曝加沈夢雨永久轉會蘇超凱爾特人，外球中國女足的队格达辟留洋計劃正式開啟 。

先是天内山東泰山球員段劉愚 ，被曝留洋西甲格拉納達俱樂部的名球盟海操作接近完成 ，山東泰山俱樂部甚至做好了球員最快下周離隊的员被谣引準備 。
格拉納達有中資背景 ，曝加近兩年也一直在尋找中國球員 ，外球因此很多球迷已經開始期待下賽季西甲上演中國德比 。队格达辟根據西甲賽程安排 ，拉纳刘愚格拉納達將會在11月7日客場挑戰西班牙人隊 。
隨後又有不少中國球員與國外俱樂部聯係在一起。深圳晚報消息 ，有一支西甲球隊正式向深圳足球俱樂部的葉力江和張源發出邀請。
還有另一家西甲下遊球隊正在考慮引進深圳隊的李源一。
另外消息稱 ，北京國安球員李磊下賽季將加盟瑞超球隊草蜢隊。
短短一天時間 ，媒體口中的"中國球員留洋人數"就增加至5人！
但事實沒有這麽樂觀 。據悉，段劉愚和泰山主帥郝偉對留洋西甲一事的回複是 ：不太了解 ，不清楚 ，不知道 。
記者還詢問了一位曾經在格拉納達工作的相關人士 ，他分析段劉愚加盟這種可能性不大 。
其實自從段劉愚要留洋西甲的消息傳播後 ，引起了國外格拉納達球迷的關注，不過他們對中國球員並不"友好" ，認為像段劉愚這樣的球員恐怕連西班牙半職業聯賽的球員都比不上 。
足協留洋計劃的真正目的 ，是要讓中國球員在歐洲足壇得到實際鍛煉 ，那麽目標就不該隻瞄準五大聯賽 。
中國足壇的留洋代表人物楊晨曾說過，"南美的一些球員在年輕時進入歐洲時剛開始落腳並不是五大聯賽，他們有時候去荷甲 、比甲或者是瑞超的比賽 ，這就是他們適應歐洲的一個跳板 。像巴西 、阿根廷的南美球員在年輕時 ，包括羅納爾多剛開始時都是在荷甲埃因霍芬 ，這也是一個很好的選擇 。"
"我們可以把一些好的年輕球員 ，提早送到歐洲去 。甭管是五大聯賽也好 ，或者歐洲的二級聯賽進行鍛煉 ，我覺得這都是好事 。這也是我們青訓要急需去做的事 。"
短期內中國足壇要想湧現出"更多的武磊"是不現實的 ，但中國足球需要更多的球員去留洋 ，因為如果現在不走出去 ，未來或許更難有"更多的武磊" 。
