海港U19隊小組賽首輪麵對實力差距較大的江西北大門U19隊，取得了一場19 ：0的勝利 。第二場比賽 ，海港U19隊0 ：2不敵武漢U19隊 。關鍵的第三和第四場比賽背靠背進行 ：海港U19隊先是在周五2 ：0戰勝梅州客家U19隊 ，今天又是戰勝了新疆天山雪豹U19隊 。
四場小組賽中 ，為海港隊進球最多的是前鋒廖重九 ，他一個人打入11球 ，其中包括首場比賽麵對江西北大門U19隊時的9個進球 。
