媒體人王曉瑞表示 ：從上海集訓一開始 ，泰山泰山隊就在不斷忙於“尋槍” 。安排進入尾聲 ，锋试桑戈爾和肖智先後抵達球隊試訓 ，肖智下周新中训也跟隨泰山隊踢過教學賽 。恐难盡管引援時間相當緊迫，加盟继续但泰山隊始終沒有放棄再找一名中鋒的山东想法 。而據了解 ，泰山不排除在這一周還有新人到隊試訓的安排可能。
有消息稱 ，锋试前者已經不是肖智下周新中训球隊尋槍的第一方案 ，留隊希望不大，而桑戈爾的去留前景還需進一步觀察 。當然在此之前 ，球隊確實做過給予他們一份短期合同 、臨時救急的打算。
在尋槍過程中 ，泰山隊也在嚐試內部挖潛 。除了郭田雨，國奧小將田鑫近期狀態相當不錯 。繼對陣亞泰上演帽子戲法後 ，交手國足時，他也是表現不俗 。之前在濟南交手河南嵩山龍門 ，田鑫也曾率先破門 。不過由於身高還不足1米8 ，田鑫想要扮演中鋒 ，恐怕還是有些勉為其難 。
