搜狐體育消息 ，经纪北京時間9月11日 ，人揭近日 ，秘谭譚凱元經紀人在接受《足球之夜》采訪時透露 ，凯元塞超球隊認為6萬歐元青訓補償費太高 ，留洋導致球員留洋失敗 。失败
譚凱元的对方經紀人王超表示：“這個錢也不是特別多 ，六萬歐，嫌青训补四十來萬人民幣 ，偿费不說五年前，太高現在國內俱樂部開價六萬歐，经纪也不是人揭一筆很大的的開銷 ，但是秘谭對於塞爾維亞的俱樂部來講，算是凯元比較大的開銷 。站在伏伊伏丁那俱樂部的留洋角度想的話 ，人家其實也是有道理的 ，我花了六萬歐簽下一名中國球員 ，在我這培養了他兩三年之後 ，在他身上我又不能把他賣回中國，獲取一筆非常可觀的轉會費 ，我又很難把這名球員推向歐洲第一級別聯賽，他其實是做了一筆虧本的買賣。所以 ，站在三方的角度來考慮，其實大家都是有道理的。”
關於自己這半年來在伏伊伏丁那的經曆，譚凱元表示 ：“在這半年內我已經完成適應歐洲的節奏 ，包括訓練也是高質量的 ，踢得也很舒服，節奏很快 。其實轉會的條件已經談妥了，但是青訓補償是必須要麵對的 ，而且廣州隊培養了我 ，索要青訓補償是理所當然的 。”
