22日上午，国安正在上海進行備戰的集训北京中赫國安隊迎來了一位“新人” ，這個冬季轉會窗從英超狼隊加盟的再添何朕宇在結束了隔離之後正式向球隊報到，而相比之前兩位歸化球員李可和侯永永，新人更年輕的何朕何朕宇在回歸後的第一堂訓練課就跟隊進行了整體的訓練 ，展現了不俗的宇结身體狀態 。
三周前 ，束隔式归何朕宇飛抵廣州並在那裏開始了集中隔離 ，离正练為了保證自己的队合身體狀態 ，隔離期間的国安何朕宇也積極進行身體訓練 ，沒有耽誤哪怕一分鍾的集训時間 。而在居家隔離結束之後 ，再添這位年輕的新人00後小將也在第一時間來到上海，正式跟國安一線隊報到。何朕
值得一提的宇结是 ，這堂訓練課上 ，他全程參與到整個的過程中 ，表現不俗 ，雖然剛剛結束一段時間的隔離 ，但從他的身體和精神狀態來看 ，已經完全做好了全身心投入到訓練的準備 ，並且完成的很不錯 。由於隊內的7位中國國腳已經在上海的另外一個基地跟隨國家隊進行本階段的備戰 ，因此何朕宇的到來對於比利奇來說 ，顯得更加重要 ，畢竟現在一線隊的人手不夠用，他的歸隊能暫時緩解一下人員上的壓力。
另據了解 ，此前自己進行身體恢複的李可也在22日的訓練中和球隊一起訓練 ，同樣展現了不錯的狀態 ，由於之前的各種客觀因素 ，李可已經有一段時間沒有進行係統的訓練了 ，因此他也缺席了本階段的國足集訓 ，但這對於國安來說 ，其實是“因禍得福” ，畢竟李可在隊中的作用非常關鍵，能留隊好好參加本隊的訓練，更好地熟悉新帥的戰術 ，這也將有助於提升他在比利奇心中的地位 ，更好地競爭一個主力的位置 。
根據安排 ，國安將在本周內結束這個階段在上海的集訓 ，隊員們將迎來幾天難得的假期 ，而球隊重新集結的地點依然是上海 ，屆時距離聯賽開始就隻有最後的2周時間 ，國安首階段的常備主力陣容屆時也將陸續浮出水麵 。
