北京時間4月28日 ，马拉意大利媒體《米蘭體育報》消息，多纳导盡管球王馬拉多納去世接近半年 ，医生但善後工作遠未結束 ，或被包括他私人醫生在內的指控7人醫護團隊，可能被指控過失殺人罪 ，过失目前已經遭到阿根廷警方的杀人事故調查。
去年11月25日，连续一代球王馬拉多納因心髒病突發 ，悲剧在家中去世 。马拉意大利媒體《米蘭體育報》披露，多纳导關於馬拉多納的医生死因 ，阿根廷警方已經讓一支醫療團隊調查 ，或被並且提交出一份醫療報告 。指控根據現有的过失證據顯示，球王去世是本可以避免的 ，醫療報告的結論是馬拉多納的治療和護理方麵的普遍疏忽對他的死亡產生了影響。
