3月4日 ，韩女韩元韓國足協在官網上宣布 ，足获向2022年足亞洲杯亞軍 、亚洲連續三屆晉級世界杯的杯亚韓國女足發放總額4.6億韓元（約合人民幣240萬元）的獎金 。
女足亞洲杯上，军韩奖金韓國隊女足在決賽遇到中國女足之前 ，国足先是放亿戰平日本隊 ，又1-0絕殺澳大利亞 ，韩女韩元表現非常強勢 。足获而在決賽中韓國女足上半場率先打入兩球取得領先 ，亚洲下半場中國女足扳平比分 ，杯亚並最終絕殺逆轉 。军韩奖金即便如此 ，国足第一次打進亞洲杯決賽的放亿韓國女足也是創造了隊史最好成績 。
根據韓國媒體的韩女韩元報道 ，韓國足協總額4.6億韓元的獎金將平均發放給23名參賽球員和3名國內教練 ，每人能收到約1500萬韓元（約合人民幣7.8萬元） 。由於合同保密 ，支付給兩名外籍教練的獎金將不會被披露 。此前 ，韓女足獲得2019年法國女足世界杯門票後 ，曾收到一筆價值1.8億韓元（約合人民幣93萬元）的獎金 ，這次這筆4.6億韓元的獎金是去年的2.5倍 。
對此 ，韓國足協高層表示：“正是由於韓國女足比賽踢得很好和亞洲杯亞軍的最佳表現 ，因此獎金金額大幅增加了 ，同時獎金的變化還考慮到賽事方麵已經設立了獎金（此前媒體稱冠軍100萬美元 ，亞軍50萬美元） 。這也意味著球隊需要更加努力 ，要在東亞杯 、亞運會以及明年的女足世界杯表現好。”
