排名第一的巴西已經提前6輪提前出線 ，如果不考慮美洲杯決賽複仇的分榜反因素的話 ，現在他們可以以絕對輕鬆的阿根心態來麵對接下來的巴阿大戰 。
阿根廷領先排名第三的廷无厄瓜多爾8分 ，領先後麵的忧智球隊至少12分。在比賽還剩下6輪的利乌拉圭情況下 ，可以說出線無憂 ，接下來他們的主要任務可以說是好好的為世界杯磨合陣容了 。
厄瓜多爾目前排名第三 ，積20分 ，但是考慮到後麵有三支隊伍同積16分 ，可以說還不能掉以輕心 。
