國際足球曆史與統計聯合會（IFFHS）近日公布了2021年度最佳男子運動員候選名單 。度最在最佳運動員中 ，佳候梅西 、选C西领衔莱C羅、罗梅萊萬 、有望卫薩拉赫 、度最本澤馬和若日尼奧等人悉數入選 。佳候值得一提的选C西领衔莱是，2020年度國際足球曆史與統計聯合會評選的罗梅最佳球員為萊萬 ，波蘭人有望蟬聯這一獎項 。有望卫國際足球曆史與統計聯合會將在本月底公布本年度獎項的度最獲獎人選 。
