意大利金融警察已經在去年展開對尤文涉嫌財務造假的尤文調查 。而來自意大利媒體《La Stampa》的涉嫌师事最新消息 ，意大利多個城市的财务律師事務所被突擊搜查 ，這家媒體認為 ，造假這是警务對尤文圖斯可能存在的財務造假調查的一部分 。
去年的袭多11月份 ，意大利警方造訪了尤文圖斯在都靈和米蘭的家律辦公室 ，收取了有關轉會 、尤文發票以及財務報表的涉嫌师事文件 ，以調查2019到2021年期間的财务轉會收入 ，包括主席阿涅利和副主席內德維德在內的造假六名俱樂部官員都在接受調查 。
隨後 ，警务意大利《羅馬體育報》稱 ，袭多尤文圖斯已經因涉嫌財務造假被審查 ，家律總計金額可能在5000萬歐元左右 ，尤文其中主要是阿圖爾和皮亞尼奇的互換引起了意大利金融警察的關注 。涉及的球隊不止尤文圖斯一支 ，那不勒斯 、羅馬、亞特蘭大和熱那亞可能都牽涉其中。
而在意大利當地時間23日下午 ，意大利金融警察部門根據地方法官馬爾科-揚諾格裏奧 、西羅-桑托列洛和馬裏奧-本多尼的命令，對都靈 、米蘭 、羅馬等地的律師事務所進行了調查 。據悉，金融警察正在搜索尤文和球員個人就工資和獎金達成的私人合同有關的文件 ，這些合同並沒有保存在尤文的辦公室 ，而是保存在都靈 、米蘭和羅馬的律師事務所，這也是對於尤文財務欺詐調查的一部分 。此前媒體稱 ，如果尤文被查實賬目造假，斑馬軍可能麵臨罰款、罰分甚至降級的處罰 。
