中超聯賽第20輪，申花上海申花1-1戰平滄州雄獅 ，主帅本場比賽申花門將馬鎮出現嚴重失誤 ，年轻導致奧斯卡改寫比分 ，心理隨後小將汪海健替補出場 ，不稳利用禁區內的定门勁射將比分扳平 。
賽後毛毅軍表示 ：“感謝隊員 ，将失在比分落後的误正情況沒有放棄 ，恭喜汪海健 ，申花打進了中超第一球，主帅包括馬鎮 ，年轻他出場機會比較少，心理出現失誤正常 ，不稳我們場上的定门老隊員一直在鼓勵他 ，我相信馬鎮也會通過比賽積累經驗，将失希望年輕球員在比賽中更快成長。”
換上汪海健的原因 ？毛毅軍表示 ：“希望加強進攻 ，撤掉一個防守型後腰 ，加強進攻的信號 ，汪海健也沒有辜負教練組的期望 。”
賽前發布會馬鎮說高空球需要改進，是不是也是比較殘酷 ？毛毅軍表示 ：“年輕球員的不穩定 ，最大還是心理層麵，隻有通過比賽不斷積累 ，讓他們經曆更多 ，心理才會更穩定 。”
今天球隊進行了變陣 ，是否達到預期 ？毛毅軍表示 ：“陣型略微有所調整 ，也是根據對手的特點 ，陣型準備比較充分 ，場上千變萬化 ，這都是正常的 。”
年輕球員有失誤，有進球 ，對他們的心態調整 ，有什麽建議 ？毛毅軍表示 ：“賽前我們會做一些鼓勵和疏導，給他們一些建議 ，他們隻有通過在比賽中遇到問題 ，積累經驗 ，心理上才會不斷強大 ，我們老隊員也在幫助老隊員 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
