其實早在賽季開始前 ，球隊的前領隊舒暢在微信群內炮轟主帥郝偉一事就已經引發了轟動 ，舒暢在告別球隊時在群內發文稱 ：郝偉 ，你身為泰山隊主教練 ，在球隊內部吃拿卡要，大便宜小便宜沒有你不沾的 ，你是真夠無恥的 。球隊在外地集訓 ，你竟公然帶小姐回球隊下榻的酒店入住，你簡直太囂張了 ，你這種主教練如何帶隊員?如何管理球隊?做為主教練你成天滿腦子不是想的如何研究業務 ，你想的都是如何撈錢找女人 ，如何花天酒地去享樂 ，你能成為主教練就是一個笑話 。
此後盡管山東隊方麵對此事做出了回應，表示舒暢的爆料內容不實，但此事最終也不了了之 。
