除了在國家隊的賽場上發揮不佳 ，得到的待遇也不太好之外 ，盧卡庫在俱樂部同樣沒有得到足夠的尊重 。據意大利媒體的報道，切爾西不斷在向國際米蘭施加壓力 ，希望對方能夠買斷盧卡庫 ，甚至可以接受7000萬歐元的價格 。相較於加盟的1億歐元 ，盧卡庫的身價下滑的非常嚴重，看起來切爾西確實已經決定放棄盧卡庫了 ，即使是球隊換了老板 ，換了主教練也同樣如此 。
