11月12日 ，郝伟浩山東泰山隊將在主場迎戰中超聯賽第25輪的孙准世界對手 ，目前積分墊底的参加河北隊。當天中午，杯证不错有關泰山隊外援孫準浩入選韓國隊參加卡塔爾世界杯陣容的明山消息傳來 ，泰山俱樂部隨即通過官方渠道發布海報 ，东队向孫準浩表示祝賀 。培养泰山主帥郝偉接受北青報記者采訪時評價道 ：“孫準浩能夠參加世界杯 ，郝伟浩對俱樂部 、孙准世界山東足球的参加發展起到了推動作用 ，他為職業聯賽樹立了良好的杯证不错典範。”
山東泰山俱樂部發布的明山孫準浩個人海報主題為“瞄準世界杯” ，並為其送上祝福 ：“祝賀孫準浩圓夢世界杯 ，东队帶著熱愛與堅持 ，培养我們與你一起繼續前行 ！郝伟浩”
郝偉在參加完球隊本輪中超賽前準備會後 ，向北青報記者表示 ：“他（孫準浩）入選韓國隊參加世界杯 ，對山東足球的發展起到了推動作用。孫準浩從韓國K聯賽加盟到我們俱樂部以後 ，幫助球隊拿了兩個冠軍（2021賽季中超 、足協杯雙料冠軍） ，這一方麵證明其自身的能力 ，同時也證明我們俱樂部在培養球員方麵的確做得不錯。”
