小克魯伊夫表示 ，年成球隊在備戰過程中做了充分準備 ，深足隊員們都對新賽季充滿了期待 。主帅战去隊員阿奇姆彭說 ，奇姆雖然自己到隊的年成時間相對晚了一些 ，但這不是深足鬆懈的借口 ：“我每天都積極投入訓練 ，足球是主帅战去我和隊友共同的語言 ，我們的奇姆默契越來越好 ，已經為首場比賽做好了準備 。年成”
問 ：去年球隊驚險保級，深足本賽季被寄予厚望，主帅战去怎樣才能讓球隊發揮出更好的奇姆水平 ？
小克魯伊夫 ：去年賽製具有特殊性和偶然性 ，如果是正常的聯賽賽製，排名或許會完全不一樣 。我們接受上賽季的結果 ，也從中學到了很多東西 ，希望這個賽季能取得更好的成績 。現在我們要少說多做，通過努力訓練 ，通過每一場比賽的全力以赴，兌現我們想要的成績 。
問：第一場比賽是否會為了阿奇姆彭而戰（阿奇姆彭的母親4月12日不幸因病去世） ？球隊的紙麵實力可以衝擊比賽前列 ，首場比賽將如何應對河南隊 ，對他們有多少了解 ？
小克魯伊夫 ：我們當然會為了阿奇姆彭而戰 。對他來說 ，現在是特別困難的時刻 ，他願意留下來與我們並肩作戰 ，非常感謝他的付出。
我們與對手彼此了解 ，比賽中不會有很多讓對方意外的“招數” 。隻談紙上理論是不會取得勝利的 ，贏下比賽從來都是靠實際表現 ，要全力拚搏 ，要處理好細節 、紀律 ，做好各方麵安排 ，這些才是取得好結果的基礎 。
問 ：今年外援陣容升級 ，外界對球隊有很高期望，對此你怎麽看 ？
小克魯伊夫 ：紙上的實力不能說明結果，有好的球員不一定就能取得比賽勝利 。在好球員的基礎上 ，還要有努力 、拚搏 、守紀律，不驕不躁 ，這才能取得好成績 。
