當被問及大連人年輕球員是尔森否能將申花陣中大量大連籍優秀作為榜樣 ，何塞表示：“我們每場派上的出场年輕球員都是希望他們未來能在中超立足的 ，尤其是榜样現在球隊麵臨著陣容不整的情況。對麵確實有優秀的大連籍球員 ，但是我們隊內也有很好的榜樣 ，就是鄭龍 。他在球隊內起到了很好的帶頭作用 ，所以最好的還是以我們自己的隊員為榜樣 。”
