Turns out, even years after Gossip Girl, Blake Lively has some secrets up her sleeve — and her husband, and Deadpoolstar, Ryan Reynolds doesn't even know the half of it.
Lively, who has been aggressively promoting her upcoming film A Simple Favor, tweeted a trailer that ends with the film's tagline "what happened to Emily?" — which then prompted a response from her husband.

"You can tell me. We’re married. You once drove me to the hospital when you were giving birth," he revealed. "So... what the fuck happened to Emily?"
Lively's response is somehow even more cryptic than the premise of the film itself. "Oh darling, of all the secrets I'm keeping from you, this should be the LEAST of your concerns...trust me," she wrote.

The response prompted hilarious tweets from fans of the couple who once again were quick to type up "couple goals" on Twitter — and of course, there were plenty of Gossip Girlreferences.
