在海口賽區成為新賽季中超聯賽第3個賽區一事幾無懸念後 ，中超组微中足聯籌備組也根據賽區分布情況對首階段賽事分組方案做了微調 。首阶山武相比於原方案 ，段分调河新方案唯一一處變化便是南嵩 ，原本分別被分到大連賽區的汉长换赛河南嵩山龍門隊 、被分到海口賽區的江互武漢長江隊對調 。而賽事主辦方作出此番調整的中超组微一個重要原因 ，便是首阶山武滿足賽事防疫之需 。
根據調整後的段分调河方案 ，中超首階段將分別上演“上海德比”及“武漢德比” 。南嵩具體賽程安排 ，汉长换赛有待中足聯籌備組進一步確認 。江互

梅州賽區 ：梅州客家 、中超组微北京國安 、首阶山武深圳隊 、段分调河滄州雄獅、天津津門虎 、成都蓉城
大連賽區：上海申花 、上海海港 、廣州隊 、河北隊 、武漢三鎮 、武漢長江
海口賽區 ：山東泰山 、長春亞泰 、河南嵩山龍門 、廣州城、重慶兩江競技 、浙江隊
