北京時間明天淩晨3點，歐洲杯第一場半決賽將會拉開大幕 ，仿西意大利將會對陣西班牙 。班牙在賽前新聞發布會上 ，自己意大利主帥曼奇尼表示 ，曼奇目效他不會完全複刻西班牙的仿西踢法 ，同時他稱讚了西班牙主帥路易斯-恩裏克。班牙
西班牙多年來一直踢傳控戰術 ，自己意大利在本屆大賽中則憑借著出色的曼奇目效整體作戰能力一路高歌猛進 。在被問及戰術時 ，仿西曼奇尼表示他不會盲目複刻西班牙 ：“我們不能變成西班牙，班牙我們是自己意大利 ，我們擁有自己的曼奇目效風格 。西班牙有他們確定的仿西風格 ，我們意大利同樣如此 。班牙”
在433體係下，曼尼奇讓基耶利尼和博努奇這兩名尤文老將組成中衛搭檔 ，這兩人的表現非常出色 。曼奇尼談到玄冥二老：“他們得到了很多稱讚，他們想要繼續證明 ，他們是這個位置上的最佳選擇 。我們都希望 ，基耶利尼能以這種狀態，連續踢很多場比賽 。”
曼奇尼還表揚了西班牙主帥路易斯-恩裏克 ：“他是個非常偉大的主教練 。我這麽說 ，不僅僅是因為他在巴薩贏得過歐冠 。他執教過的所有球隊，都有著出色的表現 。如果一名教練能讓所有球隊都踢得很漂亮 ，那就足以證明他身為教練的水準 。”
在展望半決賽時 ，曼奇尼呼籲球員們不要輕敵：“我們不能認為出場了就能贏球 ，這種想法是錯誤的 ，必須要避免 。這場比賽肯定不會輕鬆 ，我們都知道 ，我們必須踢出一場偉大的比賽才行 。”
