本傑明-門迪目前已被羈押在拘留所 ，預計將於8月27日本周五在切斯特地方法院出庭 。柴郡警方以及皇家檢察院在此提醒，針對本傑明-門迪的刑事訴訟正在進行 ，他將獲得公平公正的審判。需要指出的是 ，目前不能對此報告 、評論或者公開任何可能違反訴訟程序的信息 。”
