3月22日 ，曹赟参加中國國家男子足球隊本次上海集訓進入第二天 ，定已補充征調的国足曹贇定已來到球隊報到並參加了下午訓練 。下午訓練開始前李昂 、合练於大寶兩名球員接受了媒體采訪 。团队兩名球員采訪中著重談及了球隊目前團結 、气氛期待努力的融洽集訓氛圍 ，並對球迷 、比赛表现媒體的曹赟参加關注和支持表示了感謝 。
中後衛位置上的定已李昂回憶主教練李鐵上任以來的要求時說道 ：“從第一期開始 ，李指導對我們的国足要求就非常嚴格 。尤其在中衛位置上，合练首先要明白位置的团队重要性 ，其次是气氛期待對於全場的呼應提醒要更多一些 。國家隊比賽首先要體現出拚搏精神和為國家效力的融洽奉獻精神，要將教練的技戰術要求充分執行 。”
談及目前隊內氛圍 ，於大寶表示 ：“這一年的集訓中 ，球隊的氛圍 、目標一直沒有變，氛圍一直非常好 。李指導一直強調希望打造一支能征善戰、作風優良的球隊，我作為一名老隊員也希望起到帶頭作用 。”
兩名球員還各自回答了記者針對性的問題，關於個人在球隊中所踢的位置話題，於大寶表示 ：“這兩年在聯賽和國家隊訓練比賽中 ，我一直在中後衛的位置上，所以位置相對是比較固定的 。”李昂作為聯賽中知名的“帶刀後衛”則被記者問及是否在國家隊仍然堅持加練任意球，對此李昂笑著回答 ：“加練 ！”
由於臨近世預賽 ，此次集訓受到了球迷和媒體的廣泛關注，李昂表示 ：“球迷和媒體在臨近比賽階段給我們信心和支持，這是對我們士氣的一種鼓舞 ，非常感謝。”於大寶則說道 ：“去年沒有正式比賽讓球迷和媒體等了太久 ，期待球迷到現場給我們加油 ！”
