北京時間6月28日 ，亚预选據記者馬德興報道 ，洲杯足位亞足聯在7月1日對世預賽亞洲區12強賽進行分組抽簽之後 ，赛抽式月定於7月9日在吉隆坡進行第五屆U23亞洲杯預選賽的签仪分組抽簽儀式 。中國99年齡段U23國足將以第二檔次身份參加抽簽 。日进

第一檔次 ：韓國隊 、澳大利亞隊 、列第泰國隊 、亚预选朝鮮隊 、洲杯足位越南隊；
第二檔次：日本隊、赛抽式月中國隊 、签仪馬來西亞隊 、日进緬甸隊 、行国新加坡隊；
第三檔次 ：中國香港隊 、列第印尼隊 、亚预选老撾隊 、東帝汶隊 、柬埔寨隊；
第四檔次 ：中國台北隊 、蒙古隊、菲律賓隊 、中國澳門隊 、文萊隊、關島隊 、北馬裏亞納隊。
