在世界羽聯巡回賽的空檔期之際 ，2月12日至2月21日 ，2023年中國羽毛球俱樂部超級聯賽將在海南省陵水黎族自治縣雅居樂體育館舉行。這是自2020年9月後 ，時隔2年多，羽超聯賽再度重啟 。包括國家隊主力隊員在內的運動員將參賽 ，8家俱樂部在10天比賽內參與爭奪聯賽冠軍 。
羽超聯賽賽製為五場製混合團體賽，其中設男單 、女單 、男雙 、女雙 、混雙各一場。本賽季羽超聯賽分為常規賽和總決賽兩個階段 。
經曆了開年連續四站比賽後 ，世界羽聯巡回賽進入2月的空檔期。因此除了參加亞洲團體錦標賽的部分球員外 ，大多數國手都將參加這次羽超聯賽 。羽超聯賽將運動員分為A 、B 、C三個級別 ，其中A級是奧運會或世錦賽單項冠軍 ，期限為從獲得該項榮譽的兩年內 。目前國家隊中達到這一級別的有7人 ，分別是陳雨菲 、黃東萍 、王懿律 、陳清晨 、賈一凡 、鄭思維 、黃雅瓊 ，這7人全部參加羽超聯賽。
值得一提的是，除了這七位A級國手 ，羽超還吸引了唯一的外援組合——印尼男雙世界冠軍組合 、曾三次奪得羽毛球世錦賽冠軍的阿山/亨德拉 。他們將效力瑞昌羽毛球學院俱樂部 ，與何冰嬌、劉玄炫、李汶妹 、李詩灃等中國隊年輕主力成為隊友 。

38歲的亨德拉和35歲的阿山堪稱羽壇“常青樹” ，目前世界排名仍高居男雙第三位 。兩人搭檔奪得過三次世錦賽冠軍 ，亨德拉還是2008年北京奧運會男雙冠軍。在此次VICTOR中國行活動中 ，兩人在五天內造訪廣州 、珠海 、杭州 、南京 、上海和深圳六個城市 ，與球迷進行了近距離互動 。談及新一年的計劃 ，他們表示會把所有榮譽拋在腦後 ，並在接下來的每一場比賽中立下新的目標 。至於什麽時候退役 ，兩人表示還沒有答案 ，隻希望能有更多進步 ，拿到2024年巴黎奧運會的門票 。
