北京時間11月3日，巴萨本周據西班牙媒體《馬卡報》報道稱 ，高层巴薩副主席於斯特和體育經理阿萊馬尼今天前往多哈 ，今抵解约他們將與阿爾薩德方麵商談哈維解約的西亚事宜 。
巴薩官宣解雇科曼後，商谈哈維就是最快巴薩新帥的頭號人選 。據報道稱 ，达协巴薩方麵已經與哈維進行了交流，巴萨本周哈維同意接手巴薩 。高层盡管哈維目前是今抵解约阿爾薩德主帥，並有合同在身 ，西亚但是商谈巴薩方麵希望阿爾薩德與哈維提前解約。而哈維與阿爾薩德高層關係非常好，最快他已經告知俱樂部高層 ，达协巴薩對他感興趣 。巴萨本周
據悉 ，阿爾薩德方麵不會為哈維的離隊設置障礙 ，他們隻是要求哈維帶隊打完與萊赫維亞的比賽 ，因為在這場比賽結束後 ，直到12月底 ，阿爾薩德都不會有比賽 ，他們可以有充足的時間尋找新帥 。
值得一提的是 ，此前阿爾薩德方麵要求巴薩主席拉波爾塔前往多哈進行談判 ，但是此行並沒有拉波爾塔的身影 ，如無意外 ，巴薩副主席於斯特和體育經理阿萊馬尼將負責此事 。
據報道稱 ，經過幾天的交談後，巴薩和哈維都對於與阿爾薩德方麵達成協議感到樂觀 ，但是還需要進行協商 ，要達成一致並不容易 。《馬卡報》表示 ，拉波爾塔不想讓這筆談判失敗 ，他已經將哈維視為巴薩的“救世主”，這筆談判最快會在當地時間本周四達成協議。
