北京時間11月25日 ，蒋光继续今天 ，慢跑正在蘇州隔離的视频國足後衛蔣光太在社交媒體上曬出了自己的恢複視頻 ，並配文表示 ：回歸訓練的正式感覺真好! 向著陽光 ，繼續翱翔!
中國國家隊於11月21日下午重新恢複訓練 ，回复按照計劃，训练最快將於12月8日前後解除隔離 ，配文隨後國腳球員將返回各自俱樂部隊準備中超聯賽第二階段比賽 ，阳光待明年1月中旬再度集結後 ，翱翔重新步入世預賽亞洲區12強賽的蒋光继续征戰模式 。此前 ，慢跑蔣光太在同澳大利亞隊的视频比賽中受傷 ，並被換下 ，正式隨後國足回到國內之後的回复首次訓練他也沒有參與合練 。
