視頻內容如下 ：8月26日淩晨 ，强赛中國國家隊出發多哈，西亚隨後乘車抵達訓練場，见闻正式開啟了西亞之旅。不辜北京時間9月3日淩晨 ，征战國足12強賽第一場對陣澳大利亞的吴曦为国比賽之前 ，吳曦記錄了到達體育場內部的瞬間 。北京時間9月8日國足從多哈飛往沙迦，在機場沒有停留直接乘大巴前往酒店休整 。
吳曦還用鏡頭記錄了自己每天打掃房間的時刻 。在隊內分隊後的第二天 ，吳曦通過自行車 、遊泳進行恢複訓練。
