新華社蘇州10月18日電（記者肖世堯 、国足隔离王恒誌）18日 ，进行健身中國男足進行了在蘇州封閉隔離期間的苏州首次訓練 。國足新聞官車恒智表示 ，期首球隊回到國內後正在抓緊總結前四場比賽的训李經驗教訓 ，全隊會全力以赴訓練備戰11月的磊伤琳芃练兩場世界杯預選賽12強賽 。
結束在境外近50天的愈张集訓比賽後，中國隊於15日淩晨抵達蘇州進行14天醫學隔離 。房单為滿足下一階段備戰需要 ，国足隔离中國隊獲準可以在全封閉的进行健身球場訓練 。“前麵這幾天主要是苏州以調整休息 、調整時差為主 。期首在西亞比賽時間比較晚 ，训李球員的磊伤琳芃练作息時間也比較晚 ，要調整的愈张比較多 。”車恒智說 。
在前四場12強賽 ，中國男足1勝3負積3分排名小組第五，出線形勢不樂觀 。“教練組在回國之後也在積極總結前四場比賽 ，同時準備11月的比賽 ，做訓練和比賽計劃 。教練組這段時間的工作狀態非常飽和 ，所有的工作都要在這一段時間內密集開展 。”車恒智表示 。
在采訪中，車恒智對中國隊目前的傷病情況做了介紹 ：“李磊之前因為大腿肌肉拉傷一直缺陣 ，目前他已經基本康複 ，能夠回歸球隊的正常訓練；蒿俊閔在對陣越南隊的比賽中出現左側後群肌拉傷 ，經過這一段時間的治療恢複 ，現在在康複師的帶領下進行慢跑和簡單的有球訓練；張琳芃在上場比賽大腿拉傷，時間過去並不久，還隻能單獨在健身房進行力量訓練 。總體來說 ，我們距離下場比賽還有一段時間，目前隊伍的傷員到時候應該都能夠康複 。”
按照賽程 ，11月11日和16日中國隊將分別在主場對陣阿曼隊和澳大利亞隊 。據了解 ，中國足協目前正在積極推進在國內舉辦主場比賽 。一旦獲得有關部門最終批準，蘇州將是最有可能的比賽舉辦地 。
