2022年6月4日 ，中国足协中國足球協會超級聯賽第一輪場序第4場 ，海港上海海港足球俱樂部隊與武漢長江足球俱樂部隊的俱乐间出比賽在大連市金州體育場舉行 。
根據比賽監督報告 、按规當事方情況說明等，发予上海海港足球俱樂部隊未按規定時間從官方酒店出發 ，通报影響了正常的批评競賽運行秩序 。
中國足球協會紀律委員會依據《中國足球協會紀律準則》第六十七條之規定 ，中国足协作出如下處罰:
對上海海港足球俱樂部隊予以通報批評。海港
上述處罰按照《中國足球協會紀律準則》的俱乐间出有關規定執行。本處罰決定自公布之日起立即生效。按规
中國足球協會將依照《中國足球協會紀律準則》的发予規定 ，堅決嚴肅處理各類違規違紀行為 ，通报淨化賽場風氣 。批评望各參與方能夠共同維護比賽秩序和來之不易的中国足协足球發展環境。
