卡納瓦羅 ：之前一直在重複 ，卡纳現在也到了非常艱苦的瓦罗第二階段的最後一場比賽了 。我能感覺到隊員 、阵名足工作人員不僅僅是容人身體的疲勞 ，心理上的限只校疲勞影響會更大 。我此前也說過，卡纳希望剩下的瓦罗比賽中球員能咬咬牙 、克服一切困難 ，阵名足讓球隊以習慣的容人方式拿到勝利 ，結束本階段的限只校比賽 。
何超 ：昨天下大雨我們在酒店進行了恢複，希望通過今下午的訓練以及主帥的安排 ，在明天的比賽中取得想要的結果。
----青島隊實力有限 ，明天是否會給國腳休息的機會 ？
卡納瓦羅 ：我們現在隻有14個球員加2個足校提拔上來的球員。像黃博文 、梅方 、費南多、韋世豪等人 ，有的是停賽 ，有的是因為傷病提前離隊去治療了 ，我們陣容人數有限，但我們還是以現有的人員進行輪換 ，效果也還不錯 。因此 ，明天的比賽不存在誰會休息的狀況 ，所有人都會踢比賽 。趁著這個機會預祝下梅方治療成功 ，今天他受傷的膝蓋會有一個重要的治療 ，希望他治療順利早日回歸 。
----何超現在的身體與精神狀態如何 ？
何超 ：我覺得我還好 ，我是屬於輪換比較多的球員 ，後場球員也比較辛苦。根據主帥的安排 ，比賽第二天會進行恢複，我們也沒有時間進行其他準備 ，可能出現大家越踢身體狀態越好的情況 。但賽程與心理上肯定是比較疲勞的 ，希望通過恢複能做到最好 ，因為我們累 ，對方也累。
