小將汪海健曾用“不怒自威”來形容崔康熙 ，安战“對崔指導有點小畏懼，海港他有主教練的上海哨国威嚴 ，不怒自威 ，德比見到他就是将由蠻怕的 。”如今崔康熙在更衣室內發火 ，李海轮主在隊員心中自然是新担更有分量了 。
與武漢的任主比賽 ，申花在開場第4分鍾就被打入一球 。武漢隊李行開出右路角球，姆比亞搶在申花防守隊員身前高高躍起頭球攻門得手 。而定位球的防守 ，是崔康熙在訓練中不斷強調的 。
昨天 ，記者向吳曦了解了崔康熙中場發火的細節 ，吳曦介紹說 ，“中場休息的時候 ，主教練是有點生氣 ，因為他覺得球隊在開場這5分鍾之內注意力不夠集中，特別是定位球之前是一直強調的 ，對手定位球方麵有一定的特點 ，早就讓我們要加強注意這個方麵。”
在對球隊開場階段的專注力和注意力提出批評後 ，崔康熙對比賽下半場提出了一些要求 。吳曦說，“教練組賽前也是非常重視 ，準備會做得是很充分 ，包括對對手的錄像分析 ，對對手的一些特點以及對手的軟肋都進行了重點的分析。崔指導讓我們還是按照自己之前的一些要求去打 ，一定能夠把比賽打回來。”經過中場的敲打後 ，申花在下半場連入兩球，3:1逆轉戰勝了武漢 。
