《天網狙擊》由廣發文化傳媒出品 ，天网安徽電影集團（原安徽電影製片廠）聯合攝製的狙击軍事科幻題材類院線電影 ，已經是最新完成了全部的拍攝工作。

《天網狙擊》作為一部軍事科幻題材類電影，天网在開拍之初便受到了廣大觀眾朋友的狙击支持與關注 。電影以狙擊槍戰為基礎 ，最新以民族大義拯救生命為主題 ，消息充滿了激情和熱血 。天网主要講述了2050年疾病“辛蝕症”襲卷風城 ，狙击使得風城的最新新生兒全部感染 。風城的守衛者“天網”的指揮官林滅為了整個‘風城’的未來 ，最終同意將自己剛剛出生不久的兒子“林坦”做為實驗載體，並成功研究出“VX凝血劑” 。
不料 ，在護送血劑途中遭人搶奪 ，林滅等人斃命 。“風城”也因此陷入到多年沒有新生兒出現的困境 ，長大後的林坦在經曆了“隊友自殺”“風城未來無望”等一係列困境之後 ，為了風城也為了查明自己父親的死因決心重新調查此案......
由片方的曝光的海報也是與電影的主題相契合 ，海報中一個兒童站立著 ，眼前是一片冰雪 。倒塌的橋梁 、雪封的大地 ，以及遠處一片廢墟的城市 ，氣氛很是壓抑與肅穆，這都是預示著“災難”的來臨。
