在流傳於坊間的足球各種“不欠薪”的版本裏麵 ，都有山東泰山的经纪继续加名字 ，而這或許也是人俱這支球隊能夠在賽季開始前不被看好的情況下，“逆勢”登頂中超聯賽的乐部虑稳主要原因 。
“其實球員轉會就是限投薪力最好的風向標，”談及最近兩個賽季的和限國內轉會市場 ，一名職業足球經紀人的度或定話相當有代表性 ：“往前幾個賽季，可能會更多地考慮收入上的首考差別 ，再就是足球能不能打上主力 。但是经纪继续加這兩年 ，也許在接下來相當長的人俱一段時間內 ，首先要考慮的乐部虑稳就是穩定，畢竟誰都不想整天提心吊膽地想著會不會被欠薪 ，限投薪力球隊踢著踢著會不會就沒有了 ，和限像山東泰山這樣的度或定球隊 ，誰會不想著好好踢球呢？”
受疫情和整個行業背景的影響 ，在上述經紀人看來，不出意外的話 ，接下來的一段時間裏 ，中超也好 ，中甲也好 ，俱樂部限投和球員限薪的力度或許還會繼續加大 。“對職業足球俱樂部來講 ，現在最主要的問題就是活著 ，而球員也好 ，教練和其他從業者也好 ，都跟俱樂部是在一條船上的，如果你隻盯著自己的那塊利益 ，當整艘船最後沉掉的時候 ，你自己也得不到保障 。
足球圈內很多人說 ，今年是中國職業足球最冷的一個冬天 ，國家隊參加12強賽基本出局 ，中超聯賽無論實力還是影響力都大幅下滑，外界對足球的關注也幾乎降到了冰點，越是這個時候 ，所有的人越要抱成一團 ，共渡難關 ，該縮減的縮減 ，該降薪的降薪，把最難的這段時間熬過去 ，換一種活法 ，回歸到足球發展規律上來，按職業足球規律辦事 ，這樣才能走得穩，也才能走得更遠 。
