新京報訊 （記者周蕭）盡管2022中超聯賽的先接開賽時間尚未得到最終確認，但中超各隊目前均按照6月初開賽的受天時間表備戰。5月13日，医学北京國安由北京前往梅州賽區 ，结束抵達賽區後，可正國安一行將先接受為期7天的常备醫學隔離觀察 。
分別於5月7日和8日進駐大連賽區的国安隔离观察上海申花 、上海海港是奔赴最先落位的中超球隊 ，北京國安則在13日上午由北京飛赴廣東揭陽 ，梅州再由揭陽乘車前往梅州 ，先接入駐梅州賽區 。受天與上海雙雄相同 ，医学國安進入賽區後也須嚴格執行相關防疫政策 ，全隊先接受醫學隔離觀察 ，結束觀察期後 ，才可正常備戰 。
目前 ，海口成為承辦本賽季中超聯賽第三賽區一事基本已成定局，但因需落實相關手續，聯賽開賽時間暫定為6月3日 ，京滬的3支球隊之所以提前啟程 ，也是為了給隔離觀察留出時間 。
按照中國足協 、中足聯籌備組的安排 ，今年中超將采取三賽區共4階段比賽 ，18支球隊以上賽季成績進行蛇形排列分組 ，三個賽區中唯一的東道主球隊梅州客家落位於梅州賽區 ，他們與北京國安 、深圳隊 、滄州雄獅 、天津津門虎和成都蓉城分在同一組別。
為保證18隊打滿34輪，不再出現此前兩個賽季有球隊全年都未碰麵的情況 ，中超每一階段結束後，都將根據上賽季排名兩兩輪轉 ，不過每個組別的前兩位球隊不參與輪換 ，繼續留在原賽區 。從去年排名和東道主原則來看 ，梅州賽區的前兩位球隊是梅州客家與北京國安 ，海口賽區為山東泰山和長春亞泰，大連賽區為上海海港和廣州隊 。
此外 ，4階段的輪次也可能微調 ，從此前的“10+8+8+8”調整為“8+8+8+10”，即前三個階段均各8輪比賽 ，最後一階段10輪比賽 。
