武漢三鎮一線隊和預備隊球員 ，武汉春節假期後即在海口集結 。镇天經過一周的两练適應期，已全麵進入有序的线队行訓練狀態 。在昨天一天的预备休息調整後 ，今天海口訓練基地的队体健身房和球場上，又因為球員們的备进汗水和奔跑熱鬧了起來 。按照教練組安排 ，武汉目前一線隊和預備隊，镇天均采取一天單練和一天兩練相互交替的两练方式進行 ，集訓目標明確 ：讓球員循序漸進地恢複體能儲備 。线队行
上午健身房 ，预备下午綠茵場，队体今天是备进一天兩練 ，強度較大 。武汉球員們上午在健身房進行了心肺有氧訓練和下肢力量訓練。踩單車熱身後 ，球員分別在指定器械區進行9個項目的兩次循環拉練 。
下午進行場地訓練 ，部分預備隊球員與一線隊合練 ，部分則在室內球場訓練 。雖然海口氣溫比武漢要高 ，但常有的陰雨天氣使氣溫變化也比較頻繁。下午氣溫降低 ，陣雨來襲 ，球員們始終頂風冒雨堅持訓練 ，隊醫則為大家準備了熱騰騰的薑湯預防感冒 。
訓練開始 ，球員們在雨中通過慢跑、動態拉伸和一係列髖關節練習進行熱身 。
通過靈敏協調速度練習和傳搶訓練 ，提升球員快速觀察反應能力和控球能力等。
在分組對抗訓練中 ，球員通過比賽檢驗當日訓練效果。
預備隊球員在室內進行傳搶訓練 。
三鎮隊主教練佩德羅表示 ，一天單練和一天兩練交替進行，既能保證適當的訓練量和訓練強度 ，也更加利於球員穩定地恢複體能 。
