隨著李鐵辭去國足主帥 ，李霄鵬接手 ，何挽回国國足的信心2021賽季正式結束 。但對於中國足球來說 ，中国足球未來卻充滿未知 。何挽回国
自從米盧帶隊曆史性殺入世界杯決賽圈之後 ，信心20年來國足先後經曆了九任主帥 ，中国足球其中6人是何挽回国外籍教練 ，3人是信心本土教練 。但無論“洋帥”還是中国足球“土帥” ，中國男足始終未能再次跨進世界杯的何挽回国大門 。
在國家隊過去20年的信心建設上 ，中國足協始終缺乏高屋建瓴的中国足球科學頂層設計製度 ，尤其在主教練的何挽回国選拔標準、成績指標 、信心管理製度上均缺乏透明度 。每次國足在大賽失利後，總是缺乏係統科學的糾錯 。
客觀來看 ，國足目前在亞洲的實力排名約在第八、第九名 ，要想殺入前5位挺進卡塔爾世界杯決賽圈的確是難事，這一點絕非換個教練就能解決 。
一方麵 ，亞洲各國在相對健康的聯賽機製和科學的青訓體係浸淫下 ，整體水平日益增長。從這次12強賽前6輪比賽可以看出 ，國足能夠在對抗場麵上占優的時間實在有限。
另一方麵 ，因為此前在青訓上的係統性缺失 ，國內出生於1995年之後的球員能挑起國足大梁者寥寥無幾 ，這也導致本屆國足的平均年齡接近30歲 ，如此老邁的國腳豈能指望他們在12強賽的舞台上恣意飛揚 ？
由於認識到自身實力上的短板 ，這次衝擊世界杯中國足協通過歸化政策進行補救 。既然如此 ，中國足協理應在國足主帥和歸化球員之間搭建一個良好的溝通平台 ，以科學嚴謹的方式使用他們來增強國足的競爭力。但很遺憾，歸化球員的使用偏偏成為本屆國足的最大痛點 ，這也不該是李鐵一個人的責任。
過去3個多月 ，李鐵率領的國足在國內外長時間的封閉集訓比賽固然很難 ，但因長時間讓路國足而停頓的中超聯賽卻更“淒涼” 。聯賽和國家隊到底應該如何並存 ，兩者如何相互促進 ，中國足協這麽多年依然沒有找到有效的辦法 。
擺在中國足協麵前的未解難題依然有很多 ，相比之下 ，中國足球如今更難的是——如何挽回國人的信心 ？
