沙迦當地時間9月13日傍晚 ，国足國足前往沙迦俱樂部訓練場進行了抵達阿聯酋之後首堂室外訓練課 ，沙迦首训升速整個訓練持續了1個半小時 ，张琳以身體喚醒 、芃缺恢複和體能儲備為主 ，席李除了張琳芃之外的铁强30名隊員全部參加了訓練，張琳芃因為腰傷，化体目前隻能留在酒店跟隨隊醫進行恢複訓練 ，度强度不過對於他參加10月兩場小組賽的国足前景 ，國足內部普遍還是沙迦首训升速比較樂觀 。
國足此次訓練使用的张琳是沙迦俱樂部的副場，由於阿聯酋聯賽目前已經開啟 ，芃缺因此主場地留給了俱樂部一線隊使用 ，席李好在副場的铁强場地條件也相當不錯 ，完全能夠應對國足的化体日常訓練 。目前阿聯酋的天氣還比較熱 ，尤其是白天 ，氣溫仍然高達40度 ，國足上午的訓練基本還是安排在酒店力量房進行 ，隻有晚上會進行室外訓練 。
根據計劃前期國足的訓練仍然以體能儲備為主 ，後期開始技戰術演練，並安排一些熱身比賽 ，高速率 、高強度 、大運動量將成為國足日常訓練的基本要求 。目前中國足協正在積極聯係高水平球隊 ，與國足進行熱身 。不過在熱身賽沒有落實的情況下 ，國足可能會通過內部對抗的方式，來檢驗訓練成果 。
目前傷病方麵 ，除了張琳芃，郭田雨 、王秋明 、李磊等人已經完全恢複 ，開始跟隨全隊的訓練節奏 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
