一場連綿的申花伤小雨不期而至 ，這並未影響正在大連潛心苦練的回归上海申花 。過去一周的阿德5個訓練日 ，主教練崔康熙安排了4次兩練 ，安练曾练每天上午都是已合體能強化 ，下午則是诚进技戰術訓練 。
抵達大連之後第一周的球训訓練重心是在體能 ，崔康熙每天都會安排至少一組的申花伤高強度折返跑 ，崔康熙希望在大連集訓期間能夠打好體能基礎 ，回归迎接即將到來的阿德魔鬼賽程。每天教練組也會安排適當的安练曾练對抗訓練 ，提高體能的已合同時逐步提升全隊的技戰術能力 。
此前有傷在身的诚进幾名球員當中，阿德裏安開始參加全隊合練 ，球训曾誠也恢複神速，申花伤可以跟隨康複師進行一些結合球的訓練 ，彭欣力目前還隻能在酒店健身房訓練 。
中超聯賽或將於7月中旬重燃戰火，上海申花在大連為期三周的集訓將會為接下來的聯賽奠定堅實的基礎 。
