北京時間4月18日晚，亞冠小組賽進入第二輪 ，主帅山東泰山0-5慘敗於J聯賽豪門浦和紅鑽 ，对手队员的场賽後泰山隊主教練於遠偉表示 ，差距球隊目前無法達到球迷的满意期望，但會付出全部的山东实力上表努力。
於遠偉承認兩隊之間實力差距巨大 ：“這場比賽我們和對手的主帅差距是非常大的 ，希望我的对手队员的场隊員們能在已經進行完的兩場比賽中收獲更多的經驗 ，能在接下來的差距比賽中表現得越來越好 。目前球隊的满意表現可能達不到球迷的期望，無法令他們滿意 ，山东实力上表但是主帅請相信我們會付出全部努力 ，越來越好 。对手队员的场”
相比上一場的差距7球慘敗 ，於遠偉認為本場比賽球員付出了更多的满意努力，自己對於球員的表現感到滿意 。“我們的年輕隊員沒有經曆過這樣級別的比賽和這樣的對手 ，他們有很多地方需要去鍛煉和提高 ，我希望他們能更自信一些 ，把比賽內容踢得更好一些。作為年輕球員 ，我們有朝氣 ，有勇氣，雖然對手很強大 ，但是我們可以用更多的跑動和積極性來對待這個比賽 ，我認為這場比賽隊員們付出了更多的努力，我對他們的表現也比較滿意 。”
