新華社上海2月8日電（記者吳振東、許東遠）“感謝你們在基層做了很辛苦的霞感谢足训教辛苦工作 ，沒有你們打下的球青基礎，就沒有這些隊員的付出今天 。”8日 ，为国回到國內的家争中國女足主教練水慶霞 ，在與上海市普陀區青少年足球學校校長張翔的水庆上海視頻連線中 ，向足球青訓教練員的霞感谢足训教辛苦長期付出表示感謝 。
中國女足在6日的球青亞洲杯決賽中3：2逆轉絕殺韓國隊 ，勇奪冠軍 。付出在這支中國女足23人大名單中 ，为国唐佳麗 、家争趙麗娜 、水庆上海楊莉娜 、霞感谢足训教辛苦張馨4名球員都來自上海普陀 ，球青在普陀青少年足球學校教練員的帶領下走上職業道路 。
“她們為上海 、為國家爭了光 ，也算為普陀爭了光 。”水慶霞在視頻連線中說。
目前 ，發展近30年的普陀女足已形成從小學到高中的“一條龍”訓練模式 ，在青少年運動員培養上成績斐然 ，累計為國家隊輸送運動員53人次 ，進入大學深造的也超過60人 。文化成績和競技體育的雙豐收 ，使普陀女足成為上海“體教融合”工作的突出典型 。
“普陀女足多年來走出了一條適合自己的道路，此次女足奪冠又堅定了我們繼續前進的信心。”張翔說 。
水慶霞的丈夫王嘉明也長期從事女足青訓工作 ，由其組建和帶領的上海浦東新區北蔡鎮中心小學吉祥精英女子足球隊 ，曾獲得2019年中國足球發展基金會全國總決賽U11冠軍等諸多榮譽 。他表示 ，校園足球近年來得到了越來越多的關注 ，小學階段願意踢球的女孩逐年增多 ，但初中以後人數大幅減少的現象仍然存在 ，相比德國 、日本等國 ，中國的“女足人口”要少幾倍甚至幾十倍。
“我和水指導也經常交流，我們覺得 ，破題的關鍵還是要依托體育、教育的深度融合，保證人才培養不斷層 。”王嘉明說。
視頻連線中 ，水慶霞對足球青訓教練員的感謝也讓王嘉明暖心。“我們都期待 ，女足的發展能得到社會持續的關注，能有更多的孩子加入足球訓練中 。”（完）
