新京報訊（記者 周蕭）3月31日 ，北京北京國安結束了本期在海口的国安冬訓 。球隊將於4月1日返回北京，结束据全略事休整後重新集結 ，海口為新賽季中超聯賽做最後的冬训栋跑动数队第備戰工作 。
按照教練組的张呈計劃，國安本階段集訓由體能儲備逐漸轉為技戰術打法演練 。北京這一期間 ，国安球隊共進行了3場教學賽 ，结束据全主教練謝峰在比賽中嚐試了不同的海口陣容打法。小將劉國博和重返國安的冬训栋跑动数队第張呈棟成為日常訓練和幾場教學賽中表現最突出的球員 。張呈棟目前在隊內的张呈場上位置是防守型後腰 ，據俱樂部介紹 ，北京他連續兩場教學賽的国安跑動距離均在1萬米以上 ，跑動數據位居全隊第一 。结束据全劉國博則得到了主教練的肯定 ，謝峰表示，“他這一階段集訓表現不錯 ，希望他能在新賽季有所收獲 。”
海口集訓中，年輕球員訓練後由教練組帶領加練已是日常功課 。“中國球員現在最大的問題是沒有自己的技術特點 ，我們國安的年輕球員一定要克服懶惰 、勤於加練 ，才能在千錘百煉後形成自身特點 。”謝峰說。
通過教學賽可以看到 ，謝峰非常注重球隊在邊路的“開發”，他希望球員能繼續保持和發揚球隊的傳統 ，“北京國安的特點就是‘小快靈’ ，注重腳下 ，注重配合 ，這個特點絕對不能丟 。”
新賽季中超聯賽預計在4月中下旬開幕 ，國安也將在短暫調整後 ，進入備戰的衝刺階段 。
