北京國安與首都體育學院的国安本次攜手不僅響應足球改革發展需求 ，也是携手體教結合新模式的嚐試 。

新京報訊（記者 周蕭）今天下午，院组北京國安足球俱樂部與首都體育學院正式簽訂合作協議 ，建女教结雙方將合作共建北京國安首體院女子足球隊。足球北京市體育局副局長楊海濱表示，队探雙方的合新這次合作是體教結合的有益創新與嚐試 ，將為北京市女足事業發展摸索出一條新路 。模式
中國足協於去年年底發布的国安《關於進一步推進足球改革發展的若幹措施》中明確提到 ，實行中超俱樂部“男足帶女足”模式 ，携手把建立職業女足隊伍作為中超俱樂部的首体索体準入條件之一 ，帶動女足運動發展 。院组北京國安與首都體育學院的建女教结本次攜手不僅響應足球改革發展需求 ，也是足球體教結合新模式的嚐試 ，國安俱樂部總經理李明透露 ：“雙方將以球隊為核心載體 ，探索打造一個涵蓋體育新聞 、足球與人工智能 、運動康複 、運動營養 、運動心理的多維度人才培養的學術交流平台，既為球員今後轉型提供更多路徑 ，也為體育產業、足球產業培養更多具備實戰能力的人才 。”北京市體育局副局長楊海濱對雙方的合作同樣期許 ：“希望這次強強聯手能為北京女足事業發展帶來新動力 。”

首都體育學院女子足球隊成立於2014年 ，在7年間已發展成為國內一流的高等體育院校球隊 ：2018年獲全國大學生女足錦標賽暨中國足球協會女子足球乙級聯賽第八名；2019年獲首都大學生女子足球聯賽（甲組）第二名；去年她們在全國青少年校園足球聯賽（大學女子高水平組超冠聯賽）收獲季軍。這支球隊今天正式成為北京國安首體院女足 ，教練和隊員均表示希望在成績上更上層樓 ，學院黨委書記何明介紹 ：“球隊已經打下很好基礎，未來將進軍職業聯賽，在競技足球方麵做出新的努力 ，爭取為北京 、為學校爭得更多榮譽 。”
