或許是不想讓格雷茨卡“獨美” 。萊萬多夫斯基先是在自己的社交媒體發了一張2個女兒坐在他身上 ，他進行俯臥撐的照片。用另外一種方式詮釋“爸爸如何將女兒背在肩上”。而萊萬妻子安娜更是在自己的社交媒體Instagram上曬出更猛的一組照片 。照片中 ，兩人正在海邊沙灘度假，萊萬將安娜倒舉起來 ，雙手托住 ，完成了雜耍般的高難度接吻。同時 ，還有其它多種高難度的雙人配合健身動作。比如 ，萊萬自己平躺著作為支撐將安娜穩穩托起 。萊萬自己也在社交媒體發了上述的部分照片 。看起來 ，大有趕超格雷茨卡健身效果的勢頭。
較之格雷茨卡的高顏值神秘女友 ，萊萬的妻子安娜顯然名氣乃至身手應該更厲害一些 。作為空手道職業運動員 ，安娜入選過波蘭國家隊 ，還在世錦賽和歐錦賽中都曾獲得過獎牌。她對於健身以及健康營養學都有很深的研究 ，33歲的萊萬依然保持著頂級的狀態 ，多虧了安娜平日裏在生活中的照料 ，特別是對飲食的把控。
