新京報訊（記者 周蕭）結束與敘利亞隊的叙利熱身賽後 ，中國男足國家隊短暫休整，亚热验训友沟並於北京時間10月2日晚重新投入訓練 。身检在訓練前接受媒體采訪時 ，练成球隊後防中堅蔣光太稱，果队這場難得的障碍國際熱身賽很好地檢驗了球隊這一階段的訓練成果。
隨著越南隊10月1日抵達阿聯酋 ，蒋光並在沙迦足球俱樂部梯隊訓練場備戰 ，太跟通无原本在此訓練的叙利“鐵家軍”轉至穆罕默德體育場 。球隊在新場地的亚热验训友沟首堂訓練課以恢複調整為主 ，唯一的身检意外情況是朱辰傑因腳傷留在酒店 ，未隨隊來到訓練場 。练成
對於球隊目前的果队備戰情況 ，蔣光太接受采訪時稱 ，除了需要適應當地的濕熱氣候 ，球隊的準備情況還不錯 ，此前與敘利亞隊的熱身賽更是很好地檢驗了國足本階段的訓練成果 ，“熱身賽的效果還不錯 。”
除了每晚的訓練課 ，包括蔣光太在內的不少國腳還會選擇在下午赴健身房加練 。作為仍在學習中文的入籍球員 ，蔣光太此前在比賽中和後防線搭檔如何溝通受到關注 ，他對此表示 ：“足球本身就是一門語言 ，這並不困難 ，畢竟我們所有人都在踢同一場比賽 。”
按照亞足聯公布的12強賽第3輪開球時間 ，國足與越南隊的比賽將於北京時間10月8日淩晨1時打響 。北京時間今晚 ，西甲第8輪西班牙人與皇馬的比賽後，武磊就將赴阿聯酋與球隊會合，國足也將進入備戰的衝刺階段 。
