北京時間5月5日 ，巴萨驳根據西班牙媒體消息 ，上诉西班牙足協相關部門已經駁回了巴薩關於對主帥科曼禁賽的请求上訴 ，維持禁賽兩場的惨遭原判。同時 ，足协找上仲裁巴薩官方也亮明車馬，为捞宣布將繼續上訴至西班牙體育仲裁法庭 。法庭
在巴薩與格拉納達的巴萨驳西甲比賽中 ，科曼因與第四官員發生口角 ，上诉被直接紅牌罰下 ，请求並按照慣例被處以禁賽兩場的惨遭處罰 。科曼也因此錯過了與瓦倫西亞之間的足协找上仲裁比賽 ，好在巴薩最終還是为捞3-2拿下了這場比賽 。
接下來巴薩將在聯賽中直接對話領頭羊馬競 ，法庭目前加泰羅尼亞豪門與皇馬平分 ，巴萨驳共同落後馬競2分 ，本場巴薩與馬競之間的直接對話很大程度上將直接決定本賽季的西甲冠軍歸屬 ，巴薩不容有失 ，因此他們也會全力為主帥科曼作保 ，有消息稱 ，巴薩方麵即便再次麵臨上訴失敗的壓力 ，他們也希望至少能夠暫緩這一處罰決定，讓科曼出現在與馬競的天王山之戰中 。
本場比賽將於北京時間5月8日22時15分 ，在巴塞羅那的主場進行 。
