加薪續約佩德裏，巴薩首先需要有薪資空間才行 。烏姆蒂蒂 、皮亞尼奇等人若能離隊 ，巴薩就能清理出薪資空間 。與此同時 ，巴薩也在隊內進行降薪 。皮克率先接受了降薪，布斯克茨 、阿爾巴和塞爾吉-羅貝托這三大隊長也即將完成降薪 。《每日體育報》指出，巴薩如今要求格列茲曼和庫蒂尼奧必須接受降薪 。格列茲曼新賽季肯定留隊 ，庫蒂尼奧無論留隊還是外租 ，都必須先接受降薪才行 。如果巴西人不降薪 ，那沒有任何追求者願意承擔起薪水 。
