談到今年的骨眼聯賽 ，隊長張呈棟表示 ：“今年的受伤賽製跟去年不一樣 ，壓力不像去年那麽大 ，挺遗今年打滿30輪 ，常想還是为球看哪支球隊比較穩定和訓練的質量 。”
而郎征今年變成了球隊的丁海队卖領隊 ，談到角色變化，峰最郎征表示：“原來作為球員，后节憾非隻需要想自己 ，骨眼調節身體和狀態 ，受伤作為管理層就要想比較多 ，挺遗出行保障，常想與球員和主教練的溝通，包括球員的想法轉達給俱樂部 ，俱樂部的想法迅速傳達給球隊 。”隨後郎征談到，“我們韓國教練團隊可能來的時間比較多 ，對球隊的了解可能不如我們中方教練組，包括對手的情況，球員的特點 ，我們就負責輔助他們安排一些日常的訓練。”
作為老將 ，丁海峰今年在首輪比賽熱身時受傷 ，丁海峰回憶表示 ：“之前其實就有老傷 ，那天準備活動感覺有點不舒服 ，我就想跳一下試試 ，結果就深度拉傷了 ，因為半年時間沒有比賽了，內線也渴望比賽 ，最後節骨眼出現傷病挺遺憾的 ，也非常想為這個俱樂部賣力 。”
談到球隊今年的轉變時，郎征表示 ：“我們俱樂部的經營轉變從2018年就開始了，要尋求俱樂部的可持續發展 ，從18年就開始轉變經營理念 ，包括要培養青訓 ，提高自己的造血能力 ，通過這兩年的鋪墊 ，疫情來臨我們俱樂部沒有出現太大的波動 。”
張呈棟表示：“作為一名來自河北的球員 ，我非常珍惜 ，在中超版圖有兩個來自河北的球隊 ，我們更應該去珍惜 。我出生在河北 ，09年我也代表這支球隊打了全運會，我覺得我肯定注入自己的感情 ，自己有責任讓這支球隊越來越好 。希望這個大家庭每個人能夠開心 ，取得好的成績 。”丁海峰表示：“希望球迷多多支持我們河北隊 ，我們現在有很多年輕球員，希望球迷多支持我們 。”
