北京時間12月13日，海港中超聯賽繼續進行 ，主帅上海海港在花都體育場3-1戰勝深圳足球俱樂部 ，得上取得了聯賽第二階段的胜利水平開門紅 。
賽後主教練萊科表示：“這場比賽和我們的王燊預期一樣 ，兩支球隊非常擅長進攻，超踢出高打得非常精彩 。海港比賽非常開放 ，主帅雙方創造出了非常多的得上機會 ，最後我們取得了勝利 ，胜利水平這場勝利非常重要 。王燊從整場比賽來看，超踢出高我們應該是海港更好的一方 ，因此我認為我們配得上勝利 ，主帅我也想向隊員表示祝賀 。得上這是聯賽重啟後的第一場比賽 ，能夠在之前很長一段時間沒有比賽的情況下取得勝利是很好的事情 。今天深圳踢得也很不錯 ，但我們可能更好一些。”
本場比賽一大亮點就是國家隊主力左後衛王燊超被改造成了防守型中場 ，出現在後腰位置上 。對於王燊超的表現 ，萊科表示 ，他同樣打出了高水平 。“王燊超表現非常不錯 ，這樣一個隊員對每個教練來說都像是萬金油的角色 ，在不同位置都能表現出高水平 ，我們需要他出現在中場的6號位位置上 ，作為一名非常重要的球員，同時也是我們球隊的領袖之一，他一直在場上和場下表現出自己很職業的一麵以及很好的心態 ，包括顏駿淩和李昂 ，他們和我們在一起征戰最後這幾場比賽 ，也讓我能夠做出更多選擇 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
