搜狐體育消息，北京時間10月3日 ，退步特别近日 ，范志範誌毅在出席活動的毅选時候接受了媒體的采訪 ，據《上觀新聞》消息 ，中国足球範誌毅表示，退步特别中國足球在青少年時期選不到特別好的范志苗子 。
對於青少年球員，毅选範誌毅表示 ：“現在的中国足球青少年球員，確實沒有我們那個時候有特點 。退步特别比賽中，范志速度快的毅选青少年球員 ，也不是中国足球很多 。我們基地每周要進行一次專門的退步特别身體素質訓練 ，有短距離 、范志有12分鍾跑 ，長跑方麵我們隊員最差的也能跑到3100米。但足球不隻是往返的勻速跑 ，還有突破 、後插上的加速跑 ，我看了下30米短距離跑的速度，都是4秒5左右 ，很少有跑進4秒的速度型選手 。”
對於中國足球退步的原因 ，範誌毅說道 ：“我們在培養過程中 ，最大的感受就是 ，有特點的小球員不多 。所以你說為什麽我們中國足球在退步？青少年時期 ，選人就選不到特別好的苗子 ，這也是我們教練碰到的現狀，現在確實是比較難選到有特色的小球員。”
