冬窗再次延遲關閉 ，冬窗從3月26日延遲到4月9日 ，延长但即便足協實施相關操作 ，难阻對於即將出現的中国足坛大批球員的失業潮，恐怕也是失业於事無補。
3月26日，潮近延期一個月的人面中國足球職業聯賽國內球員轉會窗口即將關閉 ，盡管中國足協和職業聯盟籌委會已經準備好 ，临丢要把這個冬窗再次延遲關閉 ，饭碗從3月26日延遲到4月9日 ，冬窗但即便足協實施相關操作，延长對於即將出現的难阻大批球員的失業潮 ，恐怕也是中国足坛於事無補——由於各俱樂部銀根緊縮和經營困境，2021賽季新一波的失业失業潮正在路上 ，而這未必是潮近最糟糕的時刻 ，可以展望的2022賽季 ，失業潮恐怕會依舊洶湧 。
2020賽季 ，中國職業聯賽迎來了一波瘋狂的失業潮 ：在這個賽季 ，退出俱樂部高達17支 ，當然也有多家俱樂部遞補 ，但職業俱樂部數量是明顯下降的 ，由2019賽季的64支下降到54支 ：中超保持16支球隊 ，中甲增加2支球隊到了18支 ，中乙則從32支球隊降到了20支。
單單10支職業俱樂部的收縮 ，失業的職業球員理論上就在300人左右 ，如果考慮到中冠遞補到中乙的俱樂部保留了相當數量的中冠球員，三級聯賽失業的職業球員可能逼近400人 。實際上 ，在2020賽季 ，眾多俱樂部大量使用或者租借1999年齡段之後的年輕球員，三級聯賽失業球員數量無疑進一步增加 。
然後還有一個非常重要的問題，那就是因為部分球隊解散而導致預備隊球員的失業，這個數量也並不少。
