而拉莫斯未來要和羅馬簽約，第一個障礙就是薪資 ，皇馬隊長此前就是堅持1200萬歐元年薪不降薪，而這個薪資對於羅馬來說有些難以承擔 。
對於拉莫斯來說 ，想不到的是 ，自己昔日的仇人竟然成為了當下的貴人 。2012-2013賽季，穆裏尼奧幾乎與皇馬所有球員翻臉 ，拉莫斯甚至一度和卡西利亞斯聯袂逼宮弗洛倫蒂諾 ，表示在狂人和兩大隊長之前隻能選擇一方 。此外2019年皇馬冬季換帥 ，拉莫斯堵死了穆帥回歸的道路 ，沒想到現在穆裏尼奧卻在雪中送炭 。
